Hard Luck
my brain is made up from
moving mechanical parts
like an engine that's broken
down, hopefully today it starts
at times I need to drill a few holes into my
skull, blood pours out, I’m a glass half full
add a couple nails to try and put it back together
watch out for lightning strikes and bad weather
you can call me Frankenstein’s monster,
I’m made up from a science experiment
I came alive on the contrary
to your predicament
be sure to warn the grave robber
before coming to take my brain
because if I come alive, everyone will
think that my creation is mundane
my psyche is heavily damaged anyways,
it will be harder work trying to fix it
the instructions are too complex for you
to understand that you’ll decide to quit
the process is time consuming
and the product is not good quality
you’ll end up writing a review that says, “This one
that was delivered came with many difficulties.”
