Lighthearted

I don't take life seriously,

you'd call it comic relief

if you lived through 

my eyes for one day,

you’d have a hard time keeping 

them open because I’m fatigued

the things I’ve experienced,

you may have never seen

I don’t open up easily, so I

use humor to tell my story

there's this sense I have in me,

like my lifetime is cut in half 

and the only way I can get through 

any of this is by finding a way to laugh

these jokes I tend to make helps the 

anguish lighter to take on its behalf
