Your Highness
your highness,
a pure sagittarius
that wears a white dress
and circles around the pond
in between the
afternoon and dawn
your highness,
a queen without a crown
not asking for
anyone to bow down
she’s there in
times of need
she wants everyone in
this world to be set free
your highness,
sitting lonesome on her perch
watching down the clouds,
I try to listen for her words
you’re not here anymore,
but I can feel that you’re around
you straighten up my back
when my head is drooping down
your highness,
I beg that this won’t be the end
I know that someday I shall
meet you another way again
for now, I will sit and
watch the grass dance
I wish cancer didn’t exist,
I wish you had a second chance
